Diego studies political science and international relations in Brussels and Washington DC. He joined the ODF as an intern in September of 2026. He has had previous experience being selected as a student ambassador for the US to Germany and has worked in prominent European institutions such as the German Bundestag and the Thuringian State Capitol.

Diego is also currently participating in a European Union immersion program, where he visits crucial European institutions and will gain hands on experience with the EU government. Diego was selected by both the German Bundestag and the US State Department as the ambassador of the month during his time abroad.

In his free time Diego enjoys learning new languages, exploring new cities, and travelling alone or with family.
