With a French mother and an Italian father, Gaia grew between two countries, leading her to develop an open view on culture and languages which pushed her to pursue her studies abroad. Currently, she is a third year bachelor student in European Studies at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands, a place where people from all over the world meet to learn and study the issues of the past, the present and the potential future ones. Wanting to be helpful to a cause, she turned to the ODF, providing her knowledge of languages (French, English and Italian) and her academic skills.

As a true Frenchwoman, Gaia enjoys a good baguette, as well as cheese and a strong coffee. She enjoys sports (especially football), drawing, hiking, and biking at night when the streets of the city are empty.
