Julio Regis is a Brazilian-American student, also in international relations at the American University in Washington D.C. Having lived in Brazil, Panama, and the United States, and having experienced a multinational background early on, Julio quickly developed a professional passion for foreign affairs, especially the United States’ foreign policy and the European Union and its regional policies’ interconnectedness across different sectors.

He is fluent in English and Portuguese, and speaks some Spanish. Personally, Julio loves travelling.
