• Supporting activities for the development of civil society in Poland and other countries which are developing democracy
• Activities pertaining to research, education, training and culture associated with social and economic movements, which help nuture the development of civil society
• Supporting development and education
• Carrying out international election observation missions at different levels of government
• Promoting and applying the tested strategies and methods to support development both at local and international levels.
• Actions aimed at building partnership between Poland and other countries.
• Promoting and supporting activities for the integration of developing democracies with other subjects of international law.
• Initiating, promoting and supporting activities conducive to the process of civilisational and cultural change, thus providing people with equal opportunities in terms of intellectual, professional, social and cultural development.
• Promoting and supporting initiatives for the development of student self-governments in Poland and abroad.
