ODF wins court dispute with Polish MFA once again
In the dispute with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since August 2017, the Open Dialogue Foundation once again defended its position: The Regional Court for the capital city of Warsaw decided to dismiss the Minister of Foreign Affairs’s complaint against the previous decision of the court.
The court refused the MFA to suspend the Management Board of the Open Dialogue Foundation
The Management Board of the Open Dialogue Foundation will not be suspended – on 7 December, the District Court in Warsaw dismissed the motion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to put the Foundation under administrative receivership and to suspend its current Management Board.
‘Wprost’ publishes a Correction Notice regarding the violation of personal rights of the Open Dialogue Foundation
On 6 October, 2016, the Open Dialogue Foundation concluded an Amicable Settlement with the publisher, the then editor-in-chief and one of the authors of the article entitled ‘ entitled ‘Lobbyści Oligarchy’, published in the weekly ‘Wprost’ in February 2014.
