Since February 25th the Open Dialogue Foundation has been on the forefront of both supporting the Ukrainian refugees fleeing to Poland, as well as – more uniquely – delivering humanitarian aid to those on the frontlines, specifically military-grade protective gear like bulletproof & anti-fragmentation vests or ballistic helmets, as well as other equipment like night-vision goggles, radio stations, drones or tactical accessories. Within the first 6 weeks we have provided some 20 thousand pieces of such equipment, including over 4500 bulletproof vests, all thanks to the generosity of our donors, who have given over 11 million zlotys to our cause (incl. PLN 3 million via our dedicated fundraiser at zrzutka.pl/PomocUkrainie). In connection with the meetings of the Parliamentary Committees for Special Services and the EU of 25 April 2019 at which the issue of our organisation, ODF, was raised, as well as numerous media attacks by Law and Justice politicians, we would like to refer to the allegations made against us.

On April 21, 2019, an article, written by Carlos Alba and Jordan Ryan, was published in the Scottish edition of the Sunday Times newspaper under various titles (1, 2, 3, as well as in print with the title “British firms ‘linked to dirty money used against Putin opponents’”).

With regard to the information published in the press on Friday, 23 November 2018, the Open Dialogue Foundation (ODF) wishes to clarify and deny the inaccuracies, rumours and slander.

On October 4th, 2018, the ruling Moldovan Democratic Party established a parliamentary commission to investigate “Open Dialogue Foundation’s and ODF President Lyudmyla Kozlovska’s interference in the domestic affairs of the Republic of Moldova as well as it’s funding of opposition parties”.

ODF has recently learned of a group or individual impersonating an EU body or pro-European civic group under the name “European Union Anti Corruption”, which seems to be running a paid, targeted smear campaign against the Foundation

On October 10, 2018 it was announced in the media, starting with the website of a Ukrainian civic organisation/media outlet “Stop Corruption”, that the Department of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in the Zakarpattya region city of Uzhhorod has initiated an investigation into ODF President.
