On November 18-21, 2010 took place International Scientific Conference in memoriam of St. Joseph Bilczewski, Catholic Archbishop Metropolitan of Lviv, to the 5-year anniversary of canonization.

On 31 October 2010, a group of observers invited by the “Open Dialogue Foundation”, after having received accreditation from the Central Elections Commission of Ukraine, participated in a short-term observation of the voting process in the town of Drohobych, Lviv region.

In order to make observation on the day of election Open Dialogue Foundation created a group of 30 observers from Poland accredited by The Central Election Committee and 30 interpreters.

Long-term observation was organized by an observation group which consisted of Yaroslav Prystash, editor of weekly of Ukrainian minority in Poland “Nasze Słowo” and Danilo Bekturganov – expert of election campaigns in Kazakhstan.
